GENERAL PHOTO LICENSING TERMS:

MACORE Company, Inc. will grant to the original purchaser non-exclusive one-time rights for one original project/use only.

Photos may not be resold, rented, loaned, or gifted without express written permission from an officer of MACORE Company, Inc.

Images (printed, Internet) of physical "Packaging" materials (cartons, cd's, etc.) for advertising the product do not require additional licensing from MACORE Company, Inc.

All copyrights remain solely the property of MACORE Company, Inc.

You are required to indicate the scan size you will need for each project/use. If our currently digitized image will need to be scanned for higher resolution, then a one-time scanning fee will be charged.

ADDITIONAL PHOTO LICENSING TERMS for PRINTED MATERIAL USE:

Photos are to be reproduced in their original form on printed media only. Any other use, alteration, or distribution whether in printed or electronic (web, disk, network, etc.) form is expressly prohibited.

There will be a flat fee for each one time/one use of the photo: $50.00 U.S. funds for non-packaging printed materials (brochures, advertisement sheets, catalogs). $100.00 U.S. funds for printed packaging materials.

ADDITIONAL PHOTO LICENSING TERMS for INTERNET/WEB USE:

Any Internet use of the photo will NOT include identification (botanical name or common name) or the source of the photo (MACORE Company, Inc.).

Any Internet image of the photo must be altered in such a way as to render it "non-competitive". Before publication of an altered image, submission to, and subsequent written expressed approval from MACORE Company, Inc. is required.

A flat fee of $50.00 U.S. funds will be charged per unique Internet image. Multiple postings on various web pages or Internet locations are included under the flat fee with no additional charge.

ADDITIONAL PHOTO LICENSING TERMS for SOFTWARE ICON USE:

Software icons will be charged a flat fee of $50.00 U.S. funds under the following terms of license:

Multiple icon images can be derived from the photo for use with only one software product, and only while it remains under the same product name. Upgrades, versions and releases of the software under the same name are within the scope of the original license and fee.

Licensing of icons will require image submission to MACORE Company, Inc. for approval and

subsequent written expressed approval from MACORE Company, Inc.
